Each office has its own electricity meter and some have an independent water supply, toilet and kitchen facilities. However, communal kitchens, toilets are always close by.

Most floors have both goods and pedestrian lift access, and some have hoist goods access. Our units offer a variety of facilities and fittings, but each has its own electricity meter and is within easy reach of communal kitchens, and toilets.
